Nausdream.com is much more than a simple web platform and it offers more than a list of boats to rent.

Nausdream is a community in which you can share boat experiences: from simple excursions to aperitifs, dinners aboard, boat and breakfast and also fishing and water sport activities.

You can easily book your favorite experience contacting the Captain or, if you like, our customer service which operates Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm; and Saturday from 10.00am to 1.00pm.

How it works

Did you jump on Nausdream.com and you feel lost? We hope it will never happen, but just in case, here is a small guide of how you can reserve your next boat experience.

1) Register for free at Nausdream.com, you can easily sign up using your email address or through your Facebook account;
2) Browse among the listings close to you or where you want to go;
3) Choose the experience you would like to do: excursion, aperitif, dinner on board, fishing boat ride, water sports, boat & breakfast… Remember to check the availability;
4) Find the trip that inspires you the most and contact the Captain: once you have chosen, send the request for the reservation and write a message to the Captain;
5) Wait for his answer, and the confirmation of the reservation;
6) Complete the reservation by depositing 15% of the total price: the rest will be paid directly to the captain at meeting point!

Costs and deposit

Captains set the price of the activities available on Nausdream.com: it does not depend on us and we cannot modify these prices. If you think the price is too high for what they are offering, click on “Contact the Captain” in the listings in order to start the discussion directly with him.

After you have sent the request of reservation, the Captain may modify the price in case of a new price agreed with him in the previous discussion. If the price is not the one you previously agreed, contact the Captain: it may be an error.

In order to finalize the reservation, there is a 15% deposit of the total amount required in advance; the rest (85%) is directly given to the Captain the day of meeting.

The online payment is 100% secure thanks to the PayPal circuit: you can pay using any credit or pre-paid card without any additional cost: no subscription needed.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Of course you can! You only need to follow some rules of conduct.

First of all, we ask you to reserve only if you are really interested in the activity; however, we know that being 100% sure about something is impossible since change of plans or unforeseen difficulties may occur.

The cancellation is allowed:

- You may cancel any time before 24 hours’ prior the meeting time,
- for both mutual agreements with the Captain for real or personal reasons.

In case of cancellation not following our rules, the 15% advanced deposit may be used to compensate the Captain for the potential damage or loss caused.

Register your boat

Registering your boat is very easy! If you have any doubt, follow the next few steps and become a Captain:

1) Leave your details and personal information on Nausdream.com and wait for our customer service to contact you.
2) Answer the few questions our team customer service will ask you in order to insert your boat on the platform.
3) Choose between "Explore the Coast", "Romantic Getaways", "Boat & Breakfast" and "Sport & Adventure". Why should I give you my phone number?
Together with our team, create the most efficient listing* to attract and convince people to become your guests - pictures are indispensable.
5) Congratulations! Now you officially became a Captain! a photo is worth more than a thousand words;

Reservation system and payment

There is an online procedure for the reservations on Nausdream.com. The potential customers can contact you to ask information about your offer by clicking the button “Contact the Captain” in the right side of your listing. In some cases, if the guest is strongly interested, he can directly send you a reservation request with a specific date and the number of people.

Why is required? Because with the internal massager it will be possible to verify the details of the reservation in case of problems.

It will be up to you then, Mr. Captain, to choose if you want to accept or refuse the reservation: If you accept you have to confirm the price of the experience. (may I change the price?).

To terminate the reservation process, the guest needs to pay a deposit, equal to the agreed fee for the services, in our account. If the cancellation is not following the rules of the (Cancellation Policy), you will be refunded using the percentage we took as deposit.

Can I change the price indicated in the listing?

Yes, you can modify it if you agree a new price with your guests. It will be necessary to change it in the "Request of Confirmation" form: so you can be sure they will pay the price agreed and the guest is going to deposit the right percentage.


Why should I give you my phone number?

Nausdream activated a free customer service, for both Captains and Guests, that operates Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm; and Saturday from 10.00am to 1.00pm, at the number +39 06 404 028 60. This is not a passive service, which just help when you have problems with our platform: in fact, our customer service is active on proposing to the guests the best experiences based on their requests.

If you provide us with your number, our Customer Service will contact you by phone in order to help the match between you and your Guests. In this way, reservations will be safer and more suitable for you. The number can be added during your registration or anytime in your Personal Area.

We guarantee you that, the number and the email, will stay private at exclusive usage of Nausdream and our colleagues.


Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of the reservations is allowed for the Guests:

- 24h before the meeting time;
- For mutual agreement with the Captain for real or personal reasons.

In case of cancellation not following our rules, the deposit will be used to refund the Captain for the damage.

The Captain also can cancel the reservation until 24 hours before the meeting. The cancellation will be possible in the following cases:

- Mutual agreement with the Guest
- In case the weather conditions are not good for boating.
